Complete Management of Admin & HR Needs
We act as the direct employer for on-hired personnel which means we will attend to all of the administrative and human resource requirements including but not limited to;
- The sourcing, pre-screening and placement of all on-hired candidates when and where required
- Employee administration including the coordination of timesheets, processing payroll, super, tax and complete workforce management
- Managing employee safety through safety inductions, risk assessments and consistent cooperation with client OH&S representatives
- Tending to workers’ compensation claims, public liability issues and ensuring compliance with relevant Federal and/or State employment laws and regulation
- Transitioning on-hired employees to permanent employment with the host employer
- Managing the implementation of a continuous recruitment advertising campaigns that deliver results.
