Skilled on-site personnel in high demand
On the East Coast the construction sector is currently experiencing high levels of competition for skilled on-site personnel in what has been labelled a “war for talent”.
In particular candidates for site management and site engineering based roles such as foreman are in high demand.
Master Builders have forecast that we can expect another year of solid progress in the Residential Building sector, providing further motivation for growth in the Australian economy.
