Project overview:
One of our favourites is the Upstairs Entertainment & Dining Precinct. Upstairs is a part of the recently renovated Toombul Shopping Centre owned by Mirvac Retail.
Toombul Shopping Centre recently celebrated its 51st Birthday, which is the perfect time for transforming this historic centre, giving it a new lease on life as a new urban precinct.
The project, totalling upward of $43 million, covering 4,500 square meters, encompasses an impressive array of quality architecture & modern design to house exceptional quality dining & entertainment, both inside & outside the venue.
Globe was thrilled to supply staff during the project for both landscaping & construction stages, having provided multiple skilled landscapers & construction based candidates.
