1. Globe has completed its induction program with you and provided Workplace Health and Safety training;
2. You have received a copy of Globe’s Workplace Health and Safety manual and have read or will read it prior to your placement by Globe with Host Employer.
3. Globe employees are not to work in an unsafe environment and if unsure are to seek immediate clarification from Host Employer or Globe’s placement representative.
4. All injuries or near misses in the workplace must be reported to the Host Employer and Globe immediately.
5. Any activity that may endanger any Globe employee or the host employer’s staff must be reported and not undertaken until safe to do so.
6. All personal protection equipment must be worn and kept in good condition at all times and any hazards are to be reported to Host Employer and Globe. If Host Employer requires you to undertake an activity outside of what you have been employed to do or are trained to do contact Globe before undertaking such activity.
