  With a formal small works division encompassing commercial projects up to $2M and interior projects unlimited in scale, you will have the opportunity to either establish yourself as a key stakeholder in this unit, or use it as a stepping stone into larger commercial projects over time.
  
  Encompassing one of the widest commercial project portfolios in the market, our client has achieved continued growth throughout the GFC period and is looking for a specialist estimator to support further expansion.

  Individuals that have worked in a formal estimating capacity in the interiors or commercial environment are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to those who can demonstrate a stable work history, local market experience and successful track record of winning projects.
  
  A six-figure package is on offer commensurate with experience along with discretionary bonuses based on performance.
