  They are currently seeking a Civil Manager to lead a large team of committed engineers within civil infrastructure & buildings.

  To be successful you will ideally have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in civil engineering with RPEQ or chartered status with further business studies.
  • Experience leading design and delivery teams within large civil infrastructure projects.
  • Strong stakeholder and client management abilities, which as a natural communicator you will enjoy this type of engagement at a senior level.
  • Excellent technical abilities to be able to provide mentoring and professional development for less experienced engineers whilst also providing a high level of technical direction to your clients.
  • The ability to develop and review design planning, supply drafting and estimating staff with information to assist in the production of detailed drawings.
  • Experience in managing the design systems and processes to ensure quality requirements are met.
