Recruitment of Temporary On-Hired Personnel

We’ve thought of everything for you.  We’ve developed a comprehensive recruitment, payroll, rostering and on-hired employee management system. 

We act as the direct employer for on-hired personnel which means we’ll attend to all of the administrative and human resource requirements including:

• The sourcing, pre-screening and placement of all on-hired candidates when and where required
• Employee administration including the coordination of timesheets, processing of payroll and complete workforce management
• Managing employee safety through safety inductions, risk assessments and consistent cooperation with client OH&S representatives
• The purchase and supply of required Personal Protective Equipment to all on-hired candidates
• Attending to workers compensation claims, public liability issues and ensure compliance with relevant Federal and/or State employment laws and regulation
• Transitioning on-hired employees to permanent employment with the host employer
• Managing the implementation of a continuous recruitment advertising campaign that works
